Hi,

I install the plugin "Accelerator for K2" following an advice from a friend in order to improve the speed of search in the search module. and sincerely the plugin worked well but he creates a problem with some additional fields.

after installing two other extra fields does not appear in the results of research (there are empty since the administration page) but I'm looking these fields from the database I find the values ????

Any ideas ?

First of all, welcome to the forum and thank you for your post.

Could you please elaborate a little bit more on the problem, and provide better screenshots, if possible, because we can't exactly reproduce the problem.

We use the Accelerator for K2 plugin on many websites, most of which feature at least some additional fields, and honestly, there have never been any problems directly related to this plugin.

Which version of K2 are you using? If you updated to 2.7.0, this *might* be a problem, because honestly, we still haven't had the chance to thoroughly test the plugin with the latest version.

Hi,

First thank you for your greeting ! about the problem. it was resolved

let me explain : after installing your plugin I had two additional fields that appear empty for the admin page! I knew that the problem is not in the plugin as it is not in both fields.

I had the idea of treating the contents of these two additional fields by an editor Json and I noticed that, There was some space between line. when I removed this space field contents is appears.

Note : sincerely when I install the plugin the site was very fast (difference of 3 or 4 seconds) and I strongly recommanded to the user working with the K2 system. the only drawback, it is very sensitive to error !
